Refund & Return Policy
Our return policy is in effect for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unutilized and in the exact condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
For a successful return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This includes cases where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our fault. Also, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.
 
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. It might take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only items at regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at angel.tinawang229@gmail.com

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
